Initial Consultation
Our journey together begins with a 40-minute initial consultation. Prior to our session, you’ll complete a health history form, which we’ll discuss in depth. This is your opportunity to share your current situation, and for us to collaboratively define your wellness goals. Together, we will chart a personalized path to take you from merely surviving to truly thriving.
Bi-Weekly Follow Up Sessions
Over the course of 12 weeks, we will meet every other week for 45-minute sessions. During each session, we’ll assess your progress, tackle challenges, and set new, actionable goals. By the end of each meeting, you’ll leave with a clear action plan to help you stay on track and move closer to your health and wellness objectives.
Additional Support Between Sessions
I’m committed to providing continuous support throughout your journey. You’ll have access to ongoing messaging support between sessions, ensuring that you never feel alone. Additionally, I will provide you with helpful handouts and resources tailored to the topics we cover during our sessions.
